Because Dach Dynamics products are made to order, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or accidental purchases.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted.

Please double-check your shipping address, size, color, and product selection before completing checkout.
